1) What’s the capacity of it? **Because the information is saved in hard disk of the computer it has a capacity as much as the computer’s memory capacity. There is no restriction of this program.

2) Can Data be transferred to Excel? **Because exporting can be done to .csv files, can be transferred to Office programs like Excel,Word,Notpad,Access.

3) Can we send data to SQL Server? **Importing can be done to SQL Server from all Offices.

4)Where are the scanned calling cards kept? **They are kept in Dat file. Also we can keep them wherever we want with exporting.

5) When excel file is made, can be done any adding to this file? **Any adding can be done. But we can keep in a file with copying from the second file and then pasting to the first file’s continuation.

6) Can it automatically classify program calling cards according to their sectors? **It can classify automatically according to company’s appellation as it is alphabetical. It can do classifying as keeping them separate files when registering user according to their sectors.

7)When any calling card is deleted from Dat file, is it deleted automatically from exported Outlook, too? **No, we have to delete the calling card from Outlook, too.

Each calling card may have different forms, how does it recognize? **It automatically distinguishes their sectors owing to its software including OCR technology. The important issues are not the allocation places; they are the article character fonts and styles.
